PROJECT TIME
Project Timesheets are used to record time against resource-based (labor, equipment, etc) project budgets. They also provide the transaction detail for Time and Material project billings. Project Timesheets can be created directly in ProjectStream 365 or posted from Dynamics 365 Appointment records. ProjectStream 365 also supports an out-of-box timesheet approval process that can be modified using standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 workflow capabilities.
APPROVAL WORKFLOWS
ProjectStream 365's approval workflows for timesheets are crucial in to ensure accurate time tracking to projects and maintain accountability. Organizations can verify that employees are working on the correct projects and allocating their time appropriately. This helps to optimize resource allocation, improve project planning, and ultimately enhance overall project performance.

CALCULATE OVERTIME AND RATES
ProjectStream 365 can automatically calculate overtime as well as apply changes to rates (Prevailing Wage and user specific rates) to existing timesheet records. Overtime calculations automatically calculate when a user submits their timesheet. Overtime hours usually calculate according to standard rules, such as over 40 hours for a week. Timesheet approvers or Project Managers have the option of re-assigning which timesheet detail records incur the overtime hours vs regular hours.
