Project Expenses allow for users to enter and submit project expenses against projects that follow an out-of-box workflow approval process.  Features allow for various payment methods, including personal (employee reimbursement), company credit card, and even 'On Account' which allows for direct integration to a Vendor's Accounts Payable system.
