MANAGE PROJECT SUBMITTALS
Project submittals are those shop drawings, product data, samples, and mock-ups to be delivered to the design professional (the architect or engineer) for review and action as required by the contract documents. ProjectStream 365 provides a full life cycle for the creation, management, submission and status tracking of submittals against a project.
RESOURCE PLANNING AND SCHEDULING
Resource planning is the process in which tasks are allocated to human resources for a project. Its aim is to maximize resource efficiency as well as to give an overview of resource availability and capacity.
ProjectStream 365 provides rich resource planning functionality for planning and costing resources for a project, as well as scheduling and resource management during the project execution.
CHANGE ORDER MANAGMENT
Change Orders are a critical project management function. A change order is a written order by a project owner directing the contractor to change the contract amount, requirements, or schedule. If (and when) work is added or removed from the original scope of a contract, a change order must be submitted to reflect that update.
With ProjectStream 365, project managers can estimate a change order, submit for approval, and process the change order into the parent project. Change Orders use the same data structure as Proposals, so allow for all the same features when estimating a Change Order.
MANAGE PROJECT ACTION
Project actions are actionable and assignable tasks to help manage a project. Project actions can be logged from any devices (web, tablet and phone).
Project issues can also be recorded as project actions. Pictures of a project issue can be captured and attached to the Project Issue record. A Project Issue can be assigned as an action to an internal resource for follow up and resolution.
